Belarusian translator in India, Belarusian has approximately 7.5 million speakers in Belarus and is considered as a Eastern Slavonic language. Both Russian and Ukrainian language are closely related to Belarusian. Most of the Belarusians people are bilingual in Belarusian and Russian.

From the time of the 13th century until the end of the 18th century the country now known as the Belarus was part of the Grand Duchy of Lithuanian. Initially written in the Cyrillic alphabet an archaic form of the Belarusian known as “Old Belarusian” was the official language of the Grand Duchy. Purifying of the Church Slavonic elements from literary Belarusian was led during the 16th century Reformation and Counter-Reformation. Belarusian handwritten texts started to appear in the Latin alphabet (Lacinka) during the same period of the 16th century. In 1642 in Wilno a publication Jesuite anti-Lutheran published a Witanie na Pierwszy Wiazd z Krolowca do Kadlubka Saskiego Wilenskiego which appeared for the first time and is known as the earliest Belarusian text published in the Latin alphabet.

Deaths of about half of the population and destruction of many cities in Belarus was caused due to the Russian invasion of 1654-1667, including 80% of the urban population. Polish became the official language of the region replaced by the Old Belarusian by the year 1710, however Belarusian continued to appear in writing in a limited way.

Belarusian translator in India, During the late 19th century, closer to its modern form the Belarusian language started to emerge as a literary language, written in the Latin alphabet. Standard spelling system took a very long time for th belarusian people to agree with: some favoured Polish-based systems, some prefered Russian-based systems and others used systems of the Latin alphabet based on the Belarusian version. Elements from all these systems were combined due a agreement was extended. Cyrillic alphabets were also started to be used in the Belarusian language during the same period.

Belarusian translator in India, Both the Latin and Cyrillic alphabets were used in many Belarusian publication that were printed during the early 20th century. In official writings the Cyrillic alphabets became the only alphabet used after the Soviet invasion of the eastern Belarus in 1919-1920. During the same period the Latin and Cyrillic alphabets continued to coexist in the western Belarus, though after 1943 the majority of publications used Cyrillic alphabets in printing. One notable exception was publications written by Belarusian emigrés, who favoured the Latin alphabet.

Since Belarus gained independence in 1991, many efforts were made to revive Belarus writing in the Latin alphabet. One major problem is that nobody can agree on a spelling system.
