These terms govern your use of LingoChaps Studio (the "Service"), operated by LingoChaps Translation Services from Dehradun, Uttarakhand, India. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms.
LingoChaps Studio converts and translates documents (PDF to Word), media files (video transcription, subtitling, and translation), and technical drawings (CAD DWG/DXF and vector EPS). The Service is provided on a credit-based, pay-as-you-go basis described on the Pricing page. Professional human language services are also provided upon quotation. All software outputs are delivered digitally.
You sign in with your registered email or Google account. You are responsible for all activity on your account and for keeping your credentials secure. We may suspend or terminate accounts used for abuse, fraud, or violation of these terms.
Credits are purchased in packs through our payment gateway provider (Razorpay) and are deducted as jobs run. 1 Studio Credit = ₹1.00 INR. Credits do not expire. New accounts may receive a one-time welcome bonus. Refunds are handled under our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Listed prices exclude 18% GST, applied at checkout as applicable.
You retain all ownership of the documents, videos, and files you upload, as well as the translated outputs we generate for you. You confirm you have the right to upload and process the content you submit. We process your files solely to deliver the conversions and translations requested.
Do not upload content you do not have rights to, content that is unlawful or defamatory, or use the Service to violate any applicable laws. Do not attempt to circumvent usage limits, resell access without agreement, or interfere with the Service's normal operations.
The Service is provided "as is." Translation and reconstruction quality depends on the clarity and layout of source files; we do not guarantee an identical result for every input format. We aim for high availability but do not provide a formal SLA.
To the extent permitted by Indian law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We may update these terms as the Service evolves. Material changes will be posted here with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes indicates acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of competent jurisdiction in Dehradun, Uttarakhand, India.
