• Enquiry & Lead Forms: Full name, corporate email address, telephone/mobile number, company name, and inquiry text submitted via our quote and contact forms.
• Account Identity: Registered email address, organization name, billing address, and GSTIN/PAN tax identification details.
• Customer Media & Documents: Video, audio, PDF, CAD drawings, and vector files uploaded for translation. LingoChaps guarantees that uploaded customer files and translations are strictly processed to execute localization jobs and are NEVER used to train public foundation AI models.
• Technical Logs & Cookies: IP addresses, browser types, essential session authentication cookies, and aggregated performance metrics.

2. Payment Information Security (Razorpay)

All online payments and credit purchases are processed directly by our authorized payment partner, Razorpay Software Private Limited, operating in full compliance with PCI-DSS Level 1 standards. LingoChaps does not collect, view, or store sensitive card numbers, CVVs, or Netbanking passwords.
