End User License Agreement

This agreement governs your access to and use of Lingo Chaps Open Studio. Please read it carefully before continuing.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By selecting the acceptance checkbox and continuing, you confirm that you have read and agree to the applicable terms of this agreement.

2. Permitted Use

You agree to use the Studio only for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable service rules. You must not misuse the platform or interfere with its operation.

3. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated in a separate written agreement, the platform, its branding, interface and protected materials remain subject to the applicable intellectual property rights.

4. User Content and AI Tools

You are responsible for ensuring that content you submit or generate may lawfully be used for your intended purpose. AI-generated output may require independent review and verification.

5. Privacy

Personal information is handled in accordance with the applicable Lingo Chaps Privacy Policy. This agreement does not replace that policy.

6. Availability and Liability

Service availability, warranties, liability limitations and remedies are governed by the final terms applicable to the service and permitted under applicable law.

7. Changes to This Agreement

Lingo Chaps may publish a revised agreement. When a new version requires acceptance, you will be asked to review and accept it before entering the Studio.
