Your media recordings and documents are processed strictly to fulfill the transcription, translation, and file conversion services you request. We do not use your customer documents or recordings to train public AI models, nor do we sell or monetize your data. Files are stored temporarily on secured servers so you can review and download outputs, and are removed automatically on our schedule.
Uploaded audio, video, PDF, CAD (DWG/DXF), and vector (EPS) files, along with their generated transcripts, subtitle files (.srt/.vtt), and Word documents, are retained in our secure cloud storage for 14 days from job creation by default, after which they are permanently purged.
You have direct control to delete any job immediately from your Studio workspace. When you click Delete, all underlying media files, keyframe snapshots, and download endpoints are permanently removed right away.
We store your source media uploads, generated speaker dialogue transcripts, subtitles, reconstructed Word files, basic job telemetry (file size, duration, languages detected, timestamps), and your account credit transactions.
Payment Security Guarantee: Payment card numbers, UPI PINs, and banking credentials never touch our servers. All transactions are securely processed through Razorpay, India's leading PCI-DSS compliant payment aggregator. We only store a verified transaction token to credit processing minutes to your wallet.
All data in transit is encrypted using modern TLS (HTTPS) protocols. Large video and audio files are uploaded directly to Google Cloud Storage (GCS) through cryptographically signed URLs, ensuring your bytes bypass intermediary servers.
Every processing job is isolated to the organization account that created it. Other workspace accounts cannot list, stream, or download your media assets.
To deliver state-of-the-art multilingual transcription and vision-based on-screen text recognition, we interface with Google Gemini enterprise endpoints under commercial terms that strictly prohibit customer prompts or files from being used to train foundation models.
