• Photo: a passport-style photo, where requested
• Professional details: native language(s), language pairs, English proficiency, years of experience, domain/industry specialization, task types, certifications, highest education qualification
• Screening details: availability for online meetings and screening tests
• Payment & compliance details: preferred payment method, government ID proof (e.g., Aadhaar, Passport, National ID), PAN/TIN/Tax ID number, referral source
• Consent records: confirmation of agreement to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement and to our Privacy Policy

When you request a quote or engage our services, we collect the details necessary to deliver the service — such as your name, company, contact details, and the content/files you share with us for translation or localization.
